Right of Withdrawal

This page provides the statutory information on the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung) for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB who purchase paid subscriptions for dumbledor from netchase UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the digital service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

Early loss of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed that you are aware you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun in full.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm this where applicable. Paid access to dumbledor is a digital service that may begin immediately after purchase.
