Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of dumbledor (dumbledor.com) and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

dumbledor provides analytics, dashboards, APIs, and related tooling for measuring product usage. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace access, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law.
  • Do not collect or process personal data without appropriate legal basis and notice to end users.
  • Respect rate limits, API rules, and plan-specific restrictions.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you send through trackers, APIs, or integrations.

5. Plans, billing, and taxes

Paid plans, usage limits, and overage charges are described at checkout or in your workspace billing settings. Fees are billed in advance or in arrears according to your plan. Taxes may apply based on your location. Subscriptions renew until canceled.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies may affect uptime. Support scope depends on your plan.

7. Intellectual property

dumbledor, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code except as needed to use the service.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is and as-available to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data export options available in your plan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
